How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $79. Orders under $79 ship for a flat $9.95, Australia-wide. The total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, and most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from dispatch depending on your location and the product. If your order is ever expected to take longer, we'll email you with an updated estimate — and if that doesn't suit, you can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Every order includes tracking. Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment — we ship Australia-wide only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
What's your returns policy?
Two layers. First, your Australian Consumer Law rights: if something is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Second, 30-day change-of-mind returns: if you simply change your mind, return the item unused in its original packaging within 30 days (return postage at your cost) for a refund of the purchase price. My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Email volt@gameplug.com.au with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll sort a replacement, repair or full refund — including postage. You deal with us, never a supplier.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely. We never see or store your card details.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes — everything is in AUD and includes GST where applicable. The total at checkout is the total you pay.
Do products come with a warranty?
Every product is covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded — goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. Where a manufacturer's warranty also applies, that's in addition to your legal rights.
