Four Leaf Marketing Co. (ABN 39 909 944 739), trading as Game Plug ("we", "us"), is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
When you shop with us or sign up to our emails, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and communications you send us. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your information to: process and deliver your orders; provide customer support and handle returns; send you order and delivery updates; and, only where you have opted in, send you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Who we share it with
To deliver your order we share necessary details (such as your name and delivery address) with our fulfilment partners, suppliers and delivery carriers. Some of these partners are located overseas, which means your delivery details may be disclosed to recipients outside Australia for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We also use trusted service providers including Shopify (our ecommerce platform) and payment processors, who handle your information under their own privacy safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure systems provided by Shopify and our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing volt@gameplug.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
