Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Game Plug, operated by Four Leaf Marketing Co. (ABN 39 909 944 739) ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The total price, including any delivery costs, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or where we suspect fraud — if we do, we'll refund any amount you've paid in full. We'll confirm acceptance of your order by email.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy and shown before checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains how to make a claim and also sets out our 30-day change-of-mind returns, which are in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may display differently depending on your screen, and minor specification changes by manufacturers can occur. If an item you receive is significantly different from its description, that's covered by our returns policy at no cost to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
