Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide only. Shipping is free on orders over $79; orders under $79 ship for a flat $9.95. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, with most delivered within 7–15 business days from dispatch depending on your location and product. If your order is expected to take longer, we'll email you an updated estimate — and if that doesn't suit, you can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Every order includes tracking, sent by email at dispatch. If an order is lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
