Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. We don't currently ship internationally.

Delivery costs

Shipping is free on orders over $79. Orders under $79 ship for a flat $9.95, Australia-wide. The total, including any delivery cost, is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, and most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the product ordered. Some items ship from our Australian-based partners and arrive faster; others ship from overseas warehouses and sit at the longer end of that window.

If for any reason your order is expected to take longer than this window, we'll notify you by email with an updated estimate. If the revised timeframe doesn't suit you, contact us before dispatch and we'll cancel and refund your order in full.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase it up with the carrier for you.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, get in touch and we'll investigate.

Missing or lost deliveries

If your order is lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you in full — that's our responsibility, not yours. Contact volt@gameplug.com.au with your order number.
